Introduced
in 1990, Deltex® wire is a polyester
extruded UV resistant carbon wire, perfect for use in vineyards,
as catch wires and irrigation wires. Because Deltex®
wire maintains its elasticity, retensioning is never needed.
Advantages:
- Deltex® wire is
easier, quicker, and safer to install then steel wire
- Because of its elasticity, Deltex®
wire can be positioned under the cordon wire without loosening
the tension
- Easy to repair, a simple knot or joiner
is all that is needed
- Pre-pruner and wire-lifting machinery work
properly with Deltex® wire
- When installed correctly* Deltex®
wire is covered by a 10 year warranty
