  • The triple skin lets you control temperature by simply pumping water through the cooling layer
  • Save work; the sealed FermentaBag™ operates under pressure to naturally recirculate the wine, which continually percolates through the cap of grape skins. Now you don't have to break the crust or manually mix the fermenting wine.
  • Bring your wine to market six months earlier. Without the need to free up a costly stainless steel tank, your wine can be left to macerate for up to six weeks. This cuts down time in the barrel by many months giving you softer wine months earlier.
  • No more cleaning: FermentaBags™ are disposable and recyclable.
  • Andrew Hickinbotham has found that the FermentaBags™ system gives him better colour extraction thanks to the constant percolation of the wine.
  • Now the smaller winemaker can compete with the large. This is a case of technology greatly reducing cost.
  • Now it is so cheap and easy for the winemaker to set up control test samples and expand their production capabilities.
